Stuart Miller is a Project Manager at Earth Drilling. Stuart previously was in the role of HSE Manager at Earth Drilling and brings a lot of those philosophies into Project Management. Before joining Earth Drilling, Stuart held the position of HSE Advisor with Tervita Drilling and Coring Services and Beck Drilling for 4 years. Stuart quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted from HSE Coordinator to HSE Advisor to HSE Lead/Supervisor. Stuart was instrumental in the development of initiatives to elevate and strengthen the HSE culture and standards at Beck/Tervita Drilling and Coring.

Kris Miller is a Project Manager at Earth Drilling. Kris has been in the Drilling Industry since 2005 in the field of Health, Safety and Environment in the Fort McMurray Oilsands. Exposure to large scale projects and the industry’s leading safety standards, Kris embraced the HSE culture and his role quickly grew into Management Positions of HSE Programs throughout Western Canada, and later, into a Project management role. Kris’s role evolved into transferring his knowledge to others through coaching and mentorship, reporting, identifying safety trends and creating useful statistics in the field.

Chris Gourlie is the Vice President of Operations and Partner. Chris manages the environmental and geotechnical day-to-day operations of the business, which have a high turn-around rate and consistently evolving scheduling requirements.

John Paul (JP) Wegleitner acquired Earth Drilling in August 2012. JP has more than two decades in the industry and vast experience in many diverse geographical locations throughout Alberta and Northern British Columbia. He implements innovative and unconventional drilling methodologies consistently, and with results, on large-scale geotechnical drilling projects.
